Driving Clean Assistance Program (DCAP) eligibility and funding are determined by the California Air Resources Board (CARB) and administered by the Community Housing Development Corporation (CHDC).
Tenet provides financing options that integrate DCAP down-payment and loan assistance for qualifying California residents. Actual grant amounts, loan approvals, and program participation are based on verified eligibility at the time of application and are subject to available funding.
Current active pathways include:
- Financing Assistance (Tier 1): Up to $7,500 toward an EV purchase or lease when approved for financing at 8% APR or lower
- Clean Cars 4 All (CC4A): Up to $12,000 when retiring a 2010 or older gas or diesel vehicle (or $10,000 outside LIDAC areas)
